Staff

Allsorts Childcare is run by our Childcare Director (Donna Hounsell), our Finance Director (Lucy Smale) and our HR Director (Lauren Hewlett).

​

Each of the settings has a Room Manager and team of staff who are all paediatric first aid trained.

​

There is also an admin team that support the company. 

​

All of the staff at our Allsorts settings are friendly, fun and caring. We also pride ourselves on having well qualified and highly trained staff. A large number of our staff are qualified at NVQ Level 3 or above.

​

Our staff also undertake the following courses:

  • Paediatric first aid

  • Child Safeguarding

  • Food hygiene certificate

  • Prevent

We also take on childcare apprentices to help them begin their childcare career.
